The RMS Electronic Warfare program area is comprised of a series of incremental upgrades that include sensor systems, hardware, and software systems engineering development of Electronic Warfare systems software that include Electronic Surveillance and Electronic Attack. Primary responsibility will be ensuring the program/capture effort is managed and meets management, technical, and cost defined targets. Activities will include but not be limited to managing capture, investment and program meetings, weekly customer reports, monthly program reviews, risk meetings, and earned value coordination.

Duties will include: daily interaction/coordination with our internal and external customers; driving weekly status meetings with the customer and stake holders; being an ambassador of full spectrum leadership and horizontal integration; supporting and management of program change proposals. This position is for a deputy program manager across the SEWIP Product Line.

Basic Qualifications Experience with earn value management and risk management. Experience as a Cost Account Manager. Experience with software development programs. LM21 knowledgeable. Knowledge of LM RMS program and financial measurements. Knowledge of Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash and what influences each. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous program efforts. Managing multifunctional teams Experience in the collection and analysis of metrics.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance

Desired skills - Capture and Programmatic Experience - Knowledge of the DOD acquisition and program activities. - Knowledge of the RF and signal processing systems. - Development across multi-disciplined engineering efforts. - Experience with managing design or production work.
