The ICBM modernization programs involve new development efforts that will require the design and development of new state-of-the-art systems that use advanced technologies to ensure that our ICBM programs remain ahead of the technology curve for decades to come. It will require new and creative thinking, and a fresh approach to replace existing ICBM systems that have served our national defense programs well, but are becoming obsolete. New talent, new technology, innovative new thinking are critical elements of this exciting new opportunity.

Maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the ICBM programs. Prepare, process, and deliver IMS reports and metrics. Present schedule & related data at business review meetings with management and customers. Coordinate as needed with functional areas to generate schedule templates, review/draft schedules, gather and support incorporation of schedule status (% complete, actual start/finish, date changes, network logic adjustments). Perform Critical Path analysis and schedule risk assessment. Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices. Be prepared to present program schedule data as required to Program Management and external customer during recurring meetings. Work with Finance to ensure cost/schedule integration in associated toolset and assist with EVM analysis. Assess Change Requests and Work Authorization Directives to determine impacts to schedule. Establish and enforce schedule guidelines for assigned functional areas. Support efforts aimed at streamlining process of maintaining schedules. Support evaluation of associated toolset changes. Evaluate and make process improvements to support Program Planning objectives.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to Top Secret information.

Basic Qualifications 4 year Bachelors of Science (or related) degree. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Project Desktop and/or Microsoft Project Server scheduling tool, and supporting Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc). Demonstrated experience using Earned Value Management (EVM). Demonstrated experience in Schedule Performance Management, i.e., planning, scheduling & managing large and/or complex projects to completion.

Desired skills LM Leadership Development Program (LDP) graduate and/or current participant. Self-starter and team player with strong communication (both written and verbal) & organizational skills.
